This break is a serial break! Serial break means every spot gets a random number, 0-9, and the numbering on the card decides which spot it goes to. Example: Person X has spot 7, that means every card with a numbering ending in 7 is now his card. 47/99, 07/10, 17/50, etc. If in some case there's a card without any numbers on there, it will go based on the second letter (just like with the numbers) and then based on the alphabet (A = 1, B = 2, etc.)
